1 Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, listing a property, browsing listings, or interacting with our platform, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2 Eligibility
Users must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to use PWAL.
3 User Responsibilities
You agree:
- To provide accurate and truthful information in listings and communications.
- Not to post fraudulent, illegal, or misleading content.
- Not to use bots or automated tools to access or scrape our platform.
- To comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
4 Property Listings
- Listings must include accurate descriptions, images, prices, and contact details.
- PWAL reserves the right to review, approve, edit, or remove listings that violate our policies or appear suspicious.
- We do not guarantee the availability, legality, or quality of properties listed by users.
5 Communication Tools
- PWAL provides in-app messaging or links to third-party platforms (e.g., Viber, Line, WhatsApp).
- Users are responsible for verifying the identity of other parties and communicating respectfully.
- PWAL is not liable for any external communications, agreements, or transactions made between users.
6 Fees and Payments
- Posting listings may be free or subject to advertising packages as described on our site/app.
- All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated.
7 Advertisements & Promotions
- PWAL may display third-party or sponsored content.
- Advertisers are responsible for the accuracy and legality of their advertisements.
8 Intellectual Property
All content on PWAL (excluding user-generated content) is owned by PWAL or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission.
9 Termination
PWAL reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms, without prior notice.
10 Limitation of Liability
PWAL is a property listing and communication platform. We are not a real estate agency and do not represent buyers or sellers. We are not responsible for:
- The accuracy of property listings.
- Any losses, damages, or disputes arising from interactions or transactions on the platform.
- Service interruptions, bugs, or data loss.
11 Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes indicates your acceptance.
12 Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Myanmar.
